Is this really free?
Yes. The Free Trust Page exists so prospects can find your security info before they ask. No credit card, no trial. If you later want live scan results on the page, you can upgrade to Pro; Team removes the 'powered by' footer and lets you verify a custom domain (serving the page on that domain isn't available yet). You don't have to.
What's the difference vs the paid Trust Page?
The paid version (Pro / Team) adds live scan posture and a security checklist; Team can also verify a custom domain (trust.yourcompany.com) today, though serving the Trust Page on that domain isn't available yet. The free version is the policy and contact card plus self-attested compliance — useful for procurement, but it doesn't pull live scan data.
Can I edit it after creating?
Yes. The confirmation email contains an Edit URL that works without a login. You can update policies, compliance flags, and contact info any time. Claiming the page (free signup) gives you a dashboard surface to edit from your account directly.
Are the compliance checkboxes verified?
No. The compliance section is clearly labeled 'self-attested · unverified' on the public page, and policies/contacts carry a 'provided by page creator · not independently verified' label. Procurement teams use it as a starting point and will still ask for the actual certificate. Don't check anything you can't back up.
Will my page show up in Google?
Not until you claim it. To prevent brand impersonation, anonymous pages are no-indexed by search engines — they work fine for direct sharing, but won't appear in search results. Once you claim the page (free signup), indexing turns on automatically. Direct URL access works in both states.
